1. Order Processing Time

We know your pets are waiting! All orders are processed and handed over to our couriers within 3 working days (excluding weekends and Public Holidays).

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification.

  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout to avoid delays.

2. Shipping Rates (Singapore)

  • Standard Delivery: A flat shipping fee applies to all local orders.

  • Free Shipping: We are happy to offer FREE Standard Delivery on all orders over $40!

3. Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your pets to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

  • If you receive a damaged item, the wrong product, or wish to inquire about a return, please drop us a message via our contact form or email us at contact@thatpetsupplystore.com 

  • Please include your Order Number and a photo of the item in your message so we can assist you quickly.

  • Items must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a return.

4. International Shipping

Currently, we only provide shipping within Singapore. But please send us a message and we'll see what we can do!
